No. Estate agents work solely for, and are paid by the vendor to achieve the highest price on their property. Coles Home Finders is a completely independent property finding company who work exclusively for you the buyer to achieve the best property at the lowest price, saving you time and money.

2. Why should we use Coles Home Finders?

At Coles we operate a professional property search company and pride ourselves on understanding the short and long term goals of our clients, enabling us to save our clients money, time and help them to avoid the stress involved in purchasing a new home, while providing   them with complete discretion and anonymity.

3. What kind of properties do you search for?

Our searches are subject to our clients brief and can include Period, Conversion, Equestrian, Country, Town or Investment properties. No matter what style is desired our focus is on locating and securing the most favourable and competively priced property.

4. Do you only search for property to purchase or do you also include rentals?

No. A number of our clients have relocated with their   companies and in some instances require a rental property. We work on behalf of the tenant to locate and secure a rental property that meets their individual criteria. Rentals at the high end of the market are very competitive and consequently clients find it difficult to locate that right rental in the midsts of a large move. This is where Coles comes into their own.

5. Do you only search for properties in the Cotswolds?

Although we specialise in the Cotswolds we can and have extended our searches to the surrounding counties.
